You will have given us your personal details for the purposes of i) voting or nominating, ii) sending us comments iii) requesting awards entry forms or iv) booking your awards ceremony tickets. You have volunteered this information.
i) Voting Form and Nominations
If you have voted for one or more of the public voting awards or made nominations by completing the online form, your information is collected and stored for the purposes of casting your vote or making your nominations only and for no other purpose. This information is sent by email directly to and stored by us. You will not be contacted further and your details will not be used for marketing or any other purposes other than for counting the votes which you have cast. Should in exceptional circumstances any audits be required for the purposes of the vote count then your details will be sent to a third party, who will be a Chartered Accountant, and for this sole purpose.
ii) Contact Form
If you have made contact with us via the contact form we will reply to you and store your email address should you require any additional information. We will not add you to any of our mailing lists unless you request us to do so.
ii) Entry Form
If you have requested entry forms for the purposes of entering the North Notts Business Awards then we will reply to you by email with these forms. Your information will not be used for any other purpose unless you request us to do so.
